Training programs our founder has developed and delivered led to:
- a robotic assembly/test system installed and put into production with
no input from the design engineer / project manager,
- a support team so comfortable with an engine dress line that they relocated 13 stations over a weekend and were ready to resume production on Monday morning - with no support from the OEM
Our founder was required to attend a “Train The Trainer” program before developing his first training program for GM in 1987. He has also developed and delivered operator & maintenance training programs for AMF-Potter & Brumfield, General Motors, Siemens-VDO, Giddings & Lewis, & Caterpillar. He also teaches nontechnical classes on a regular basis.
In addition to developing creative solutions to engineering problems over the length of his career, our founder has studied problem-solving techniques both formally and informally. In addition to his engineering training, he has attended classes on logic theory, TRIZ methodolgy (TRIZ = “The theory of inventor's problem-solving”), quantitative analysis, and decision-making methods.
